Lovebox festival returns to Gunnersbury Park this weekend and the line-up is quite something. Featuring some of the finest rappers, DJs and performers in the game, it’s going to be a mind-blowing couple of days, so if you haven’t already, get your tickets now!

SLOWTHAI

With his debut album, Nothing Great About Britain, slowthai has quickly become the nation’s favourite new rapper. Speaking out for the down-trodden, the younger generations and anyone who’s just a bit fed up with the world, he’s now a voice for people’s frustrations. A colourful character at heart, his live performances continuously deliver the unexpected, with his fiery punk attitude and hyperactive energy tearing down venues across the country and now, Lovebox festival.

FKJ

Paris-based producer and multi-instrumentalist, FKJ, has been stunning crowds at festivals such as Glastonbury and Coachella so far this year and his set at Lovebox will be equally as mesmerising. Fusing together the best bits of house, jazz, hip hop and dance to create a smooth, textured and atmospheric sonic experience, watching him at work is a truly unique and unforgettable experience.

SG LEWIS

Before he takes on his biggest headline show to date at O2 Academy Brixton, SG Lewis will be working his magic on the Lovebox crowd. The songwriter, producer, multi-instrumentalist, collaborator and renowned live performer has been crossing boundaries with his emotive take on club music and recent three-part release, Dusk, Dark, Dawn has taken his talents to a whole other level.

LIZZO

R&B songstress, Lizzo, has taken the world by storm in 2019 with her sassy spirit and self-confidence, earning a respected name for herself with her vibrant live shows. Her recent album, Cuz I Love You, has catapulted her into the spotlight and she’s rocking every moment of it, whilst teaching people to love themselves along the way. So, if you fancy feeling fabulous and dancing your way into the weekend, then make sure you catch Lizzo at Lovebox.

ACTION BRONSON

Rap heavyweight, Action Bronson, is making his return to the UK this summer for a string of headline shows alongside his performance at Lovebox. The reality star, TV presenter and chef (best known for F*ck, That’s Delicious), has become one of hip hop’s most-loved characters thanks to his sharp sense of humour, witty lyrics and unpredictable live shows, so you’re guaranteed a good time whenever you’re in his presence.

TION WAYNE

North London rapper, Tion Wayne, will be making the short journey over to Lovebox this weekend to perform tracks from his acclaimed Wayne’s World mixtapes, as well as recent single drop, ‘Drive By’. Selling out his upcoming Ghetto & Stylish tour within a matter of days, this may be one of your only chances to catch him live before the year is out, so if you want to witness one of the hottest rising stars in the rap game right now, do not miss his set.
