Parking / By car
There are two official car parks immediately adjacent to the building both priced £7.00. The larger one off Marshall Street has an overflow car park.
The smaller car park on the Hyde Road side of the building caters for our patrons with access requirements, with a limited number of spaces used on a first come first served basis.
Both car parks are open & supervised from one hour before the event doors. Spaces and/or tickets may not be reserved in advance.

Counter sales - the box office counter at the O2 Apollo Manchester is open from 5.00pm on event days only.
Postal bookings - we accept postal bookings by Theatre Token and O2 Academy voucher. Payment made to Live Nation (Music) UK Ltd. Please include a covering letter.

Door / stage times
We'll have opening times, stage times (if we know them on show days) and curfew times if they're out of the ordinary for seasoned gig-goers (7pm-11pm) on the event page of this website and on our social channels too. They are usually available around 2pm on the event day but can be later - we post as soon as we have them. All timings are subject to change, so check before you travel.
Children under 2 do not require a ticket. Please carefully check specific event restrictions and suitability prior to purchasing a ticket.

Everyone over 2 years old must have a valid ticket. Accompanying adults may be asked to remove disruptive children.
If any discounts are available for children, the maximum age to qualify is 16 years old.

Industry Green certification is developed by Julie's Bicycle for music, theatre and the wider creative industries. By achieving Industry Green certification O2 Apollo Manchester is joining the UK creative industries' response to climate change and environmental sustainability.
The assessment of O2 Apollo Manchester's carbon emissions covered data from 2010 to 2011 and includes emissions from energy, water, sewage, waste to landfill and waste to recycling. This assessment excludes the emissions derived from business travel, audience travel, event logistics, artist travel, staff commuting, catering, concessions and merchandise.
