The Wendy James Band

Singer-songwriter Wendy James exploded onto the British music scene in 1988 as the fearless frontwoman of chart-topping alt-rockers Transvision Vamp. One of the most iconic figures of the decade, they produced a slew of chart hits including, “Baby I Don’t Care” and “I Want Your Love.”

Her first solo outing in the 1990s was written with Elvis Costello and in 2020, she released her 20-track second album, Queen High Straight.
