On Saturday 17 March, people will come together to celebrate Saint Patrick, the patron saint of Ireland. Though traditionally Saint Patrick’s Day is honoured with parades and banquets, these days most tend to celebrate it by enjoying a drink, or many. So, grab your green attire and head along to one of these events for the ultimate Saint Patrick’s Day party.

Ferocious Dog

Medication St Patrick’s Day

Start the St Patrick’s weekend the right way at the legendary Medication in Liverpool. With 20 years’ experience of Irish shenanigans, they’ll be turning Arts Club green to celebrate all things Irish. St Patrick’s Poguefest

O2 ABC Glasgow are throwing not one, but two parties dedicated to Ireland’s favourite musical export, The Pogues. Poguefest will see performances from the world’s top Pogues tribute band, The Pogue Traders, while DJ Bosco plays a mix of classic punk, Irish and rock & roll anthems that influenced The Pogues infamous sound.

Projekt St Patrick’s Day
