War Child and O2 present Passport: Back To The Bars

Earlier this year we supercharged our long running partnership with War Child by embarking on an ambitious project to help raise as much money and awareness for the charity as possible.

Passport: Back to The Bars saw a week of 7 big name artists play 7 tiny venues creating 7 amazing shows across London and Manchester.

Legends Duran Duran played to 300 people at the beautiful Wiltons Music Hall, East London…

The Vaccines rocked a teeny crowd of 100 people at the infamous Dublin Castle, Camden...

And Bastille performed to just 50 fans in a West Hampstead living room.

David Gray, You Me At Six, Elbow and Ride also joined the line-up for these one-off, unique shows.

Produced by O2, War Child, and the Music Managers Forum, Back to the Bars was a series of official BRITs Week2015. Over £500,000 was raised for the charity, which will save and the change the lives of over 8,300 children who are victims of the brutal effects of war in some of the most dangerous areas. These stripped back, intimate shows will have a life-changing impact for thousands of vulnerable children.

We filmed the shows and some of the artists who took part in this week of ground breaking, unique events, which you can enjoy now.
